Las disposiciones de este Reglamento son de orden público, interés
social y de observancia general en el Municipio de Irapuato, Gto. Tienen por objeto regular el servicio público del Rastro y establecer las bases de higiene, organización y funcionamiento del Rastro Municipal, para el sacrificio y suministro popular de
carnes de diferentes especies de animales, de cría y de engorda, destinadas para el abasto de la población.
