Regular el ejercicio de la función notarial, que originariamente corresponde al Ejecutivo del Estado, quién por delegación la encomienda a profesionales del derecho, investidos de fe pública, independientes e imparciales, para que en virtud de la patente o nombramiento que se les otorga, la desempeñen en los términos de esta ley.
